Mor Britas restaurant, inside Hotel Fjällgården, serves up plentiful breakfasts, sturdy lunches and delicious dinners in a tranquil environment that invites quality time with friends and family.
Using high-quality produce in combination with ingredients from the mountain and valley around us, Mor Brita offers traditional Swedish "husmanskost" and dinners full of local flavor. Fully licensed.

Since 1936
Mor Britas, translating as "Mother Brita's," is so named after Brita Norberg, who was a housewife in Ramundberget when the first guests arrived in 1936. She invited them to sit down at her kitchen table, and we endeavor to serve up the same hospitality today.
Sustainable foods such as vegetables and legumes play a central role in Mor Brita's kitchen, and we order local produce whenever this is possible.
Breakfast is served daily between 07:00-08:30
Breakfast is buffet style, with something to suit all tastes, and offcourse our local cheese and delicacies. A breakfast bag can be ordered in the restaurant the day before.
Dinner is served from 17:30
For dinner, we serve a set three-course menu in the winter, with a two-course buffet for the kids.
There is always a specially selected beverage package to suit the evening's menu from Mor Britas's own wine cellar.
