Cross-Country Trails in ramundberget

A popular 12 km trail. Starts below Fjällgården and takes you through beautiful nature along Ljusnan River. Some hills. As it's in a shielded valley, the trail is perfect on a windy day.

8 km trail through the valley to Bruksvallarna on the east side, partly hilly with some longer inclines. For those who fancy a round trip, we suggest returning on Mittåkläppsspåret or connecting to one of the other trails that go from Bruksvallarna.

Part of Klinkenrundan, this 5 km trail winds along Ljusnan and then crosses the river before returning to Ramundberget. A varied trail with both hills and easier parts.

2,5 km trail above the treeline that runs past Restaurant Tusen. Take the chairlift Fjällgårdsbanan up to this trail that's prefect for starting or ending your mountain day.

2,5 km lighted trail below Hotel Fjällgården on the other side of Ljusnan River. Slightly hilly path through a cozy valley.

One of our most beautiful trails, prepared from Week 7. Take the lift up the mountain and ski around 3 km to our favorite waffle house. This stunning trail runs on top of the bare mountain and will have you surrounded by white snow caps on your way to Ösjödalen Valley. A popular sun spot during spring!

Start from Ramundberget or Bruksvallarna. Both begin with a steep incline of a few kilometers, but after this offer great mountain views. You'll get a close-up of Mittåkläppen, and if the weather is clear will also see Skarsfjället, Sylarna and Helags. The trail runs along Mittåkläppen, and you can either go back the same way or connect to 4Motion (8 km) for a round trip.

Legs feeling strong? For those who fancy a longer tour, we recommend skiing to Ösjöstugan, turning off towards Walles in Bruksvallarna and returning via 4Motion to Ramundberget. From Walles you will ski downhill for about 3 km. A total tour of 16 km, where 8 km are on the bare mountain with grand views and the remaining 8 in the valley.

One of Funäsfjällen's most stunning trails. Prepared from Week 7, this otherworldly track takes you through wintery paradise. You will pass Kariknallen, where you can enjoy a waffle and a hot drink. Continue towards Svalåtjärn emergency aid cabin, and then choose between continuing to Fjällnäs or Tänndalen. The tour is 15-20 km depending on which path you choose. Start in Ramundberget or Bruksvallarna, and return with the ski bus. If you feel like a softer start, snowmobiles run daily from Bruksvallarna to Kariknallen Cabin.
