Good to know before arrival
Check-In and Check-Out
Hotel Fjällgården
Check-in is available at the reception inside Fjällgården from 16:00.
(During the low season, check-in is conducted via a designated box outside the hotel.)
Check-out is by 11:00.

Cabin & Apartment
Check-in and check-out take place in the Ramundberget village center:
- From 16:00 for Fjällängen, Gruvgården, Osthang, and Kvarnbäcksbyn.
- From 17:00 for Skarsvallen and Västhang.
Check-out is by 10:00. Please return the keys to the designated mailbox.
(Details regarding check-in and check-out will be provided in the arrival email one week before your stay.)
Summer Season: Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 11:00 for all accommodations.
Tip!
If you plan to arrive after 17:00, please inform us at reception@ramundberget.se so we can prepare for your arrival. Thank you for your help, especially during busy arrival and departure days!
Parking and Electric Car Charging
Parking is available for all accommodations, either directly adjacent or at a designated location. A parking map will be provided at check-in. Learn more about charging your electric car with us here.
Internet
If the accommodation includes internet access, you’ll find a Wi-Fi symbol when searching for available accommodations on Ramundberget.se.
Free Wi-Fi is also available in public areas around the resort.
Cashless Facility
Please note that Ramundberget is now a cashless resort.
Prebook Smoothly Online
Buy your lift pass online, either on an existing Axess card or pick it up on-site from our lift pass machines outside Guest Services or the Topsport building. The passes can be collected using a QR code sent in a booking confirmation email.

Rent Equipment
When booking equipment online, you receive a 15% discount (winter season only). The discount is already applied in the price shown during online booking.

Linen Set
To save space when packing, we offer linen set rentals, including a large and small towel, pillowcase, duvet cover, and sheet. Price: 200 SEK/set. Prebook online by adding it to your existing booking or by contacting bokning@ramundberget.se.
Child’s Bed/High Chair
You can rent a high chair and/or child’s bed for the little ones. Price: 175 SEK. Prebook online by adding it to your booking or via bokning@ramundberget.se.
Storage Lockers and Changing Rooms
Storage lockers are available in the Guest Services building, allowing you to securely store your bags or belongings for the day. There are also multiple toilets and changing rooms with showers.
