The Mountain as Your Playground
At Ramundberget, there is always something to do - whether you're on your own, or with your family. Big and small adventurers can take the lift above the treeline to quickly access mountain views and an alpine feel. For the youngest, Mickelina's World offers plenty of fun and games.
The area around Ramundberget offers around 70 km of accessible and beautiful hiking trails that take you on both exciting and relaxing tours. Enjoy splendid nature and drink fresh mountain water straight from our brooks - an experience not to be missed! There is also a hiking trail for the little ones designed by our Arctic fox mascot Mickelina and her friends. It tumbles down the side of the mountain past waterfalls, playgrounds and rippling brooks, with lovely views of the surrounding peaks.
If your legs need a break, why not rent a canoe and paddle the crystal-clear waters of Ljusnan River? You will pass beautiful sandy beaches that invite swimming or just taking a break to sit in the sun. Or if you prefer seeing the mountain from the comfortable back of a gaited Icelandic horse, pick between tours for everyone from beginner to advanced. A popular excursion is visiting one of the waterfalls around the area and swimming in one of the natural pools that form beneath as the ice melts - a true Swedish mountain experience!
Cycling with Flow
Our bike park consists of beautiful, machine-dug trails that help you find that perfect mountain flow. With paths for all levels, it's a true family adventure. New for this year is a special flow trail for our smallest cyclists, as Mickelina opens up her beloved kids' area Lillramis also for summer! Down in the valley, where chairlift Fjällgårdsbanan begins, you'll also find our popular Pump Track and Skills Area, where everyone is welcome to have fun while improving their technique.
After a day of impressions and experiences, many choose to enjoy an ice cream or a bite to eat at the terrace of Grytan Bar & Kitchen right next to the chairlift. Restaurant Tusen, with its panoramic mountain views, offers lunches, drinks and the perfect spot to enjoy a "fika" in the evening sun.
