Mor Britas good food in a soothing environment

Mor Britas restaurant, in hotel Fjällgården, serves breakfast, lunch and good dinners in an environment designed for quality time with friends and family.

From quality ingredients, preferably with elements of local products from the mountain and the valley, classical home made dinners with attractive flavors are cooked. The restaurant serve beverages, both with and without alcohol. Our own wine cellar means that there is always a special selected beverage package to suit the evening's menu.

For you who stay at hotel Fjällgården

The winter season 2020/2021 the restaurant is only open for you who stay in hotel Fjällgården. 
Breakfast is served in the restaurant at 7-9.30 divided into three sessions. On arrival, pick up a ticket in the restaurant and get a breakfast time for the next day. Return the ticket in connection with breakfast and pick up the breakfast ticket for the next day in connection with the dinner session.Breakfast bag can be ordered in the restaurant the night before.

Lunch is served 11.30 am -14.00 pm. Bar menu is served 14 am - 17.30 pm.

Mor Britas, established 1936

The restaurant is named after Brita Norberg, who was a housewife in Ramundberget when the first guests arrived in 1936. She invited them to sit down around her kitchen table. Brita Norberg's hospitality and consideration hover over the kitchen even today.

Buffet breakfast is served. For lunch a tasty home-cooked food is served, choose between two dishes, soup and a large salad bar. In the evening, a three-course Fjällgårdsmenu is offered in winter, a buffet for the younger guests. Summer time is usually served a la carte. Sustainable foods such as vegetables and legumes play a central role in Mor Brita's kitchen.
